Day 23 - Balikpapan, here i come..

Okay – day of ACTION.! Eid'l Fitr is Coming, so i got my self (temporary) going back home to my lovely city : Balikpapan for a week if i got lucky.. :D
Got up at some lazy hour and rendered the podcast, got to the Internet cafe at 7.30am and uploaded photos for forum, Got to bookshop at 9am and bought new Lovely Notepaper, Got to Gift store at 2pm and bought some gift for my family back home, aannddd got to the airport at 3pm and bought my ticket to fly home..

Jumped on the first transjogja bus to the airport (5.45pm) and ready to CROSSED THE EQUATOR.!! So I’m going back to the northern hemisphere : the island of Borneo..

Exciting.!!

Got to the airport in good time, 6pm..

Then…. Waited, and waited, and WAITED to get my check-in-ticket and get my luggage labeled..

It was 6.30pm before I got to plane.. And I pushed in.. I bribed a guy called Panji who was in the middle of the queue (rather than the end) with a Coca-Cola and he let me in.. Thanks Panji.!!

It was the old Lion air trick of employing just two guys with a stamp to process 200 people.. Urgh.! Entertainingly enough though, there were actually a person that carries a lot of luggage..i could say that the airplane wouldn't be able to taking off with that kind of luggage..seems like tons for me.. :p
arrived in Sepinggan Airport, Balikpapan. ^^
So I’m now in Balikpapan.. my parents pick me up, and we went home..

Day 12 - Am I Still Here.?

yap, as the title said i'm going to have a bit like 4 years living peacefully in Yogyakarta..
i got my "college" things in this city, so i'll spend more like 4 years to gain experiences in the major that i have chosen..Chemical Engineering to be said..

i will get busy on my "college things" in 31st august , which is 2 days from now..
so i got at least a couple days to get around sightseeing in this wonderful city, well i'm doing it right now..

the story begin early this morning :
I was planning to be at the Southern City Center first thing in the morning, but you know what I’m like by now and after going to sleep around 5am(after early breakfast or sahur), I had no real intentions of being up with the lark.. I got there about 11pm-ish only to discover that you can’t get a multiple-entry ticket for Sultan Palace which is located north of the southern city center.. Why I need a multiple-entry ticket is a story for another day, but it was a bit of a blow for the smooth journey sightseeing in this city..

but, today i got an appointment with my fellow JHS..together we'll held up an Open fasting (buka puasa :p) in pondok cabe resto.. which i didn't really understood about the name of the Restaurant related to menus they serve inside..the dishes quite soft to your tongue, and not much burning as the Pondok Cabe (House of Chilies) meant to be..

well, i've finished fulfilling my empty belly..and after some Late evening Prays, i got myself in the road towards Southern City Center, to see the real Saturday-night Situation where jogja's teens are on.. :p

The journey there was a bit "Complex".. I took the motorcycle across suburban to malioboro first, but the way that I took from the malioboro was kind of adventurous.. i went to a wrong entrance to the southern city center (because i not quite sure about the roads i just taken, I'M NEW HERE.!!) and by the time I FINALLY got there, it was already past 8.30pm.. If I missed out that city center because i didn't know the way to get there, i will pissed off for a week.!!

But it was okay – although I had to trek all the way up the suburbans area and get lost a few times to the proper entrance in order to visit the southern city center, I get there, I GET THERE.!!


This is where i'm actually spent my saturday night..
I spent an hour or so ambling around the Southern city center (I could never get bored of these things) and passed by a Tahu Tek street vendor.. I grabbed a bite to eat in this not-so-good-looking vendor.. it's really hard to find this kind-of-cuisine..took me for ever only to find it.. -_-'
but hey, eat in the road side gives a unique sensation of dining.. :)



finally i jumped my motorcycle back towards my place to write down things i had planned for tomorrow..


and on my way, i cross this "palace gate"..quite stunning seeing it for the first time.. :D

Day 2 - Paradise Lost

time to step foot in Sultan Palace (Keraton Jogja) in Alun-alun utara (northern city center).. I got the bus over there, taking much longer than I expected.. I arrived at after 10 minutes journey.. It’s Holiday – the day that friends warns you not to visit on due the Crowded condition..



This was the first pavillion i saw at the Kraton in Jogja.. The Kraton is the name of the palace where the Sultan of the region still lives with his family.. In true Indonesian fashion there was an admission fee and a camera fee for the front of the complex and also the back of the area.. It's really kind of a small walled city with 20,000 people living inside (most have something to do with court life).. the tour guide was the third generation of his family working there, and said he receives free housing while he works there..
Much of the Kraton consists of pavilions such as this one with roofs and no side walls.. This was a particularly beautiful one with a gold ceiling and lavish chandelier..

I looked at my watch.. It was 3.30pm.. Sulaiman sorted me out back to the Bus Station from the Sultan Palace(kraton Jogja) and then I had to get another bus back to the Dorm – Sun shine Brightly, and as a muslim i'm fasting, therefore thirst is the first thing came out of my mind after this "exhausting sightseeing"…I managed to get a bus back to Dorm..
for now, i had no idea where my friend will take me on tonight..

Day 2 - Vredeburg

So after a good night’s kip I had a the best part of a day to shake off my sleep after "Sahur".. The bus for Downtown, left at 7am.. I spent the day shuffling about, wondering why the sun had to be so bright in this "early morning".. At 6.30am I left my jacket behind in the The "dorm" as I departed for the Jogjakarta Mass Public Transport (Trans Jogja) bus station in Amplaz (Ambarukkmo Plaza), but returning ten minutes later as I had also left my mobile phone.. Which I needed.. Sulaiman rolled his eyes..

The plan is this: From Amplaz, buy a bus ticket for Rp 3.000, then head to Vredeburg Fort on the Downtown area and Visit a Museum built by Dutch.. then i catch another bus, and go for "Alun-alun" area which is my favorite because of the Keraton Building.. The downside was that taking the bus today meant missing the Prambanan's Culture Exhibition.. But as sulaiman pointed out, it should be an easy access to get it tomorrow..

I managed to cadge the back seats on the bus, which was great for the first couple of minutes as the bus wasn’t very full..

then i'm arrived in this Beautiful fort..named Vredeburg, after the colonization of dutch in jogjakarta..the shape of the fort actually better seen from above than from below, i got this photoshoot from google earth well as you entered the main gate and pays the tickets for Rp 2.000.. you can see how the Dutch's influence play a role in the shape of it's building..
built in 1760 as written on walls.. (as de facto) built by Dutch mayor Van Den Burg in the land owned by Kesultanan Jogjakarta (Islamic kingdom of jogjakarta)..
inside there were several old building, among them is the building for Leutenant, soldier barrack, Logistic Silo, Gunpowder warehouses, Hospital, and residence houses..this fort used to be guarded by 500 Town Watch, including Medics..

after a 3 hours of exhausting journey back in the year of 1760..my friend sulaiman told me to move on to the next destination, Alun alun utara (northern citycenter) ..

Day 1 - A First Rest

I arrived in "kos-kosan" at precisely half an hour later than the transjogja bus promised..
Jogja is pretty hot, especially when you have a backpack and a leather jacket tied around your waist – I was just asking for trouble… I frantically texted Sulaiman, my friend in Jogja who had generously offered his couch for me to sully for a couple of days.. Incidentally, I am thoroughly convinced that Sulaiman should change the name of his place to "Dorm", for reasons to obvious to document here..

Day 1 - First look of Jogjakarta

Being in Jogjakarta, is harder than you could imagine..
Street packed with Motorcycles, many of the main roads are housing-complex-size streets, and relatively bad city planning..
despite of that, the traditional views of Jogjakarta is still Amaze me.. you could feel the sense of kindness, and comfort by just looking at the peoples around..the quotes "if you smile to people, they would do the same to you" is occur here..i.e just ask for a direction..the people you ask will always be pleased to help you, and of course smile at the end of the chat..


When you first arrived in Adisucipto International Airport, sense of Culture, and tradition just terrific.. in a arrival area where we pick up our luggage, there are several traditional music instruments that were played and it feels like welcoming us to this city..


on my way to "kos-kosan", a rare stunning view of attractions are just keeping me amazed..

the beautiful temple named "Prambanan" was a must-see site for you to make your journey in Jogjakarta unforgettable..

"War" in Balikpapan

Sehari sbelum puasa kemarin nyempetin ngumpul2 sama anak kps angkatan 07 yang masih “tersisa” ditanah balikpapan..dan ngumpul2nya itu mainan airsoft gun di A3(Angkasa Airsoft Arena)..pertama banyak yang ogah2an ikut, bayangin aja jek biayanya 100ribu untuk 2jam permainan.! tapi setelah keluar jurus2 “rayuan” maut..akhirnya 10 orang ikut..ada aku, Fadilah, Ridho, Ade, Andi, Rosyid, Jati, Andri, Helidah, dan Anye..

btw tau airsoft gun kan? itu tuh, mainan replika senjata beneran yang pelurunya itu bulet kecil2 ato biasa disebut BB(Ball Bearing), beda dengan paintball, kalo airsoft begitu kena badan ga keliatan, jadi butuh sportifitas yang tinggi untuk mengaku ‘HIT’ / tertembak..ada yang nanya Sakit ga.? Ya Jelas lah sakit, maka BBnya rata2 berkecepatan 350 fps(Feet Per Second) keatas..berat pelurunya sekitar 0.20 MM(tergantung penggunaan)..jadi ya perlengkapan wajib yang mesti dipake itu Safety Goggles..kalo kena lengan sih ge begitu sakit pas kena, biasanya besoknya baru kerasa sakitnya and disertai kulit membiru..haha..

dengan dandan ala tim Densus 88 akhirnya kita ngumpul jam 8 pagi, n mulai perang jam 9an..

Hey y'all..
i just wondering how can i miss the opportunity to write down a few exiting moments that i had a few days ago..

it begun in may 15th..
I just got my 17th Birthday, and i done it with some particular event such as hang out with my buddies, get wild in air soft gun arena and so much more.. =)

Well, it is fair to say that 17th birthday has been more of an Mission than I ever anticipated..
but nonetheless, I'm fully satisfied with the things that get along with that.. thank friends, I'm fully happy right know..

ok besides that, I have just returned from filming "Cinta di Titik Omega" movie which was quite a challenge for me.. =)
It reinforced the huge respect I have for any artists that played an epic movie like we seen in theater..

Sadly the next Urban shoot I was intending to do had to be postponed as I severed my finger on a half cut sharp branches .. =(

Anyway, hopefully the skin damage will repair and I can get back onto the next show, God willing. But I do feel a bit battered generally. Urban episodes are always intense.. =DD

This is founded on the epic movie "Troy", i knew it from internet and when i look it on my own I'm stunted.. the plane is actually there, i can't imagine how can the movie that based on the year of BC actually have made an aircraft..haha it's just Weird.. =D



haha this is the another one, but instead of Hollywood movie i saw it in the china's movie channel..it's cool to know that the producers are still allowing his actors to wear something "modern" while filming a movie that based on years ago.. =)

ok, now I need to rest a bit. My body has had a bit of a battering one way or another this month and I know how lucky I have been all things considered..

All I know is that it is good to be home.

Ayo saling Otot Mengototkan..

Hey y'all, apa kabar ni.?
udah hampir sebulan aku ga ada posting, biasalah sibuk ngurusin pemilu..hha..

Ada kabar menarik seputar pemilu 2009 yang "katanya" itu merupakan pemilu terburuk sepanjang sejarah, mau tau kenapa.? kita tanyakan saja ke galileo..ehm..
jadi masalah utama yang muncul saat pemilu 2009 ini adalah banyaknya pemilih yang Golput(Golongan Putih = Bukan berarti mereka keturunan orang golongan kulit putih lo yaa), jumlah pemilih golput yang sudah mencapai titik 20% membuat KPU merasa sangat dirugikan..

entah ini semua karena kurangnya sosialisasi pemerintah terhadap tata cara baru memilih, atau memang karena sudah buruknya citra perpolitikan kita sehingga membuat pemilih enggan untuk memilih..
Menurutku si sosialisasi mencontreng masih sangat kurang dikalangan pemilih, apalagi oleh pemilih senior yang udah biasa nyoblos.. mungkin karena sekarang begitu kita masuk TPS itu dikasinya Spidol dan bukan lagi dikasi Paku kayak dulu, pemilih malah mengira spidol itu dikasi buat gambar2..jadi deh foto foto caleg DPD yang tadinya botak jadi gondrong, yang tadinya nda bekumis jadi brengosan, yang tadinya cewe malah jadi cowo, yang tadinya aldino malah jadi tom cruise..haduh emang masih kurang banget yah sosialisasinya.. two thumbs down .. =(


sebenernya si postingan kali ini aku ga mau ngebahas soal pemilu..tapi entahlah, mungkin aku hanya kebawa suasana..hehe..

back to main topic..
jadi dalem postingan kali ni aku mau ngebahas perihal otot mengototkan..
entah kenapa beberapa hari ni aku lagi terobsesi banget sama yang namanya otot.. ditambah lagi sama gambar gambar di internet yang kutemui beberapa hari yang lalu.. coba deh liat gambarnya..


Yep itu Simon Bended, pasti udah ada yang pernah liat orang ini kan.? sumpah aku ga nyangka banget kalo otot manusia bisa dipompa jadi segede gitu..kesian banget yang jadi istrinya..haha untungnya bukan aku.. =P



Bukaan, itu bukan jemuran.. itu punggung manusia, beneran.. coba deh ambil piso, ntar kita liat isinya apaan..hihi..



susah memang kalo mau jadi cowo yang ideal.. Gendut = Susah pake baju, Beotot = Ga bisa duduk, Kurus = Kena angin terbang..jadi gimana dong.?

itu dia kenapa aku rada jadi teobsesi ama otot, tapi biar bagaimanapun aku ga mau punya otot kayak bapak bapak diatas.. ntar aku bakalan dikejar kejar sama chef chef china dan mereka teriak2 "Babinya kok bisa lepas sih.??" alamak sidiin...

jadi kalo yang baca blogku ini cowo, berhati hatilah dalam olahraga.. kurang olahraga bisa sakit, kelebihan olahraga bisa dibilang babi..
and buat yang cewe, kesempatan untuk membuat otot2 anda berkembang terbuka lebar kok.. tapi aku belum tau otot cewe itu maksimalnya segede apa..hehe.. =P

yaudah, berhubung ni aku postingnya sekitar jam setengah satu pagi waktu setempat, jadinya aku sudahi dulu ya..ngantuuk ni..

Pemilu 2009 : Makin Banyak Pilihannya, Makin Bingung Milihnya..

Dalam Postingan kali ni aku mau ngebahas banyak soal pemilu 2009 jadi pertama tama saya minta maaf kalo ada caleg ato anaknya caleg yang baca blog ku.. semua yang kutulis disini merupakan kisah nyata dan diperkuat dengan bukti bukti otentik..tsaah..

Pemilu 2009 itu "katanya" memiliki banyak kelebihan dalam pelaksanaannya..
kelebihan yang bisa saya jabarkan mungkin memang bukan kelebihan yang positif namun kelebihan kelebihan yang bisa saya lihat dari pemilu 2009 adalah :

1. Kelebihan Partai = sangking banyaknya Sampe ada partai yang namanya Partai GErakan MemBELa Tanah Air Indonesia disingkat Partai GEMBEL TAI..hehe..

2. Kelebihan Caleg = Sampe sampe ada yang bawa anaknya buat sekalian dijadiin caleg (ada potonya dibawah)

3. Kelebihan PeDe = Caleg caleg sudah kelewat pede memakai foto foto yang ga layak buat dijadiin sarana kampanye, ada yang posenya hormat lah, ngegenggem tangan lah, jadi superman lah, lagi naik sepeda lah, bahkan ada potonya caleg yang lagi nungging,..beneran, aku serius..

4. Kelebihan Uang = Terutama uang yang dibuat kampanye, coba deh liat jalan2 disekitar rumah anda.. atribut caleg menggila kan.? mending kalo poto poto calegnya yang bisa bikin laki-laki terpana, lah ini yang ada malah poto poto caleg yang menurutku si mukanya pada serem - serem semua..ugh..

5. Kelebihan ukuran surat suara = udah ada yang pernah megang surat suara ga.? aku pernah en ngerasa kayak itu tu bukan surat suara lagi, seakan baca koran.. maka dari itu sekarang saya mengerti kenapa di pemilu 2009 ini dicanangkan untuk mencontreng dan bukan menyoblos. karena dengan mencontreng kan berarti tidak merusak surat suara dan membuat surat suara masih bisa digunakan untuk hal penting lainnya. seperti buat Tiker, kan lumayan tuh ukurannya sama gede...eheh..

jadi intinya aku bukan ga setuju sama pemilu, tapi aku agak sedikit bimbang aja nentuin pilihan dipemilu nanti..mungkin ini karena adanya 5 kelebihan tadi..

okeh sekarang ke main topic..ni aku punya beberapa foto keunikan pemilu 2009, jadi kalo ada yang ngerasa bokap ato nyokapnya termasuk poto dibawah ini aku minta maaph ya.. ^^


hayoo ada yang aneh ga pada poto diatas selain bulu hidung yang keluar dengan biadab.? Bukannya saya SARA ya, tapi PDSnya itu loh bu..


Saudara ada yang pernah nonton film Lord Of The Ring.?? ternyata pemainnya ada yang ganti profesi jadi caleg..atau dia hanya sekedar ikut meramaikan jalan yaa.?? =)



bukan, yang diatas ini bukan kontestannya The Master. dia cuma pesulap muda tak berdosa yang dijerumuskan mamaknya di dunia politik.. mudahan kalo kepilih, dia ga menyulap uang rakyat ya..uhuh..


yap y'all right, Superman is Here..dia mencalonkan diri sebagai caleg yang akan melindungi kita(warga balikpapan) dari monster monster keji seperti mo jojojo dan temannya si Unyil..lol.. =p



haha mirip banget yah, kayak majikan sama pembantu..hehe.. PIS MAN..



Poto diatas maksa banget yah.?? mang Damin siapanya Obama n Osama.? tapi aku suka sama slogannya.. "Damin Itu Indah"..


gini deh kalo udah gila pingin dipilih..sampe sampe empang pun dibuat tempat untuk kampenye, ikan ikan disana bakal berkata "Mak, cara milih orang diposter itu gimana sih.? kayaknya dia bakalan memperjuangkan hak kite kite ikan kecil yang hidup di danau ini deh"..



sebenernya aku dari dulu penasaran, para hantu dan temen2nya(tuyul, jin, jun, kuntilanak, gendruwo, kolor ijo, dan Tukul) itu bisa ngeliat apa yang kita lakuin didunia ini ga ya.?? tp buktinya, caleg diatas pun minta dukungan dari makhluk yang kasat mata, knapa dia ga sekalian kawin sama kuntilanak aja yah...


Apakah yang diatas ini adalah foto anak anda.? sudah 3 tahun ia diculik entah kemana, dan kemarin ternyata foto anak itu terpampang di kertas kampanye yang seolah mengatakan bahwa "Anak ini udah gue rawat, tuh buktinya dia sampe gua ikutin pemilihan caleg"..hehe..



Sebenernya masih banyak lagi foto foto yang belum ku upload, kapan kapan ajah yaa..
yang pasti saya terus mendukung Pemilu, apapun itu bentuk calegnya..
so, jangan Golput ya, selamat menentukan Pilihan...!! ^^

The Beginning of "Pengelana dari Tahun 2036"...

Iya aku tau dunia blog sudah sangat luas kepopulerannya, namun dengan bodohnya aku melewati semua itu...dan sampai pada hari ini aku diperkenalkan kedunia blog oleh temanku..

so, aku mengucapkan pada diriku sendiri : "Med dateng yah didunia blog, moga lu bisa seneng - seneng sendiri!" eheh.. =)

Oia di postingan pertamaku ini aku mau ngebicaraan beberapa hal yang bagiku penting banget bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia dimasa depan, bahkan info ini juga sangat penting bagi kalangan kaula tua yang ngerasa bahwa hidup tinggal sebentar lagi..

okeh..ada yang pernah denger nama John Titor ga.?
bagi yang belum pernah ngedenger atau bahkan yang pura pura ga tau karena ga mau dibilang pinter, ni aku jelasin semuanya..

jadi John Titor itu adalah seorang (anak) Manusia yang mengaku dirinya itu utusan atau datang dari tahun 2036...dia dateng (dengan sengaja) kembali ketahun 2000... ga tau alesan dia dateng karena dia lupa matiin kompor atau pengen ketemu lagi sama anjingnya yang udah mati.. yang pasti dia mengaku dateng karena dia ngefans sama Joe Sandy..hehe..

dia mengaku datang untuk misi rahasianya mengambil kembali komputer IBM 5100 yang dibuat pada awal tahun 1975an.. entah bener atau engga, yang pasti si Titor sempet 4 bulan Online ditahun 2000 dan sejak itu batang hidungnya(atau batang yang lain) nggak pernah nampak lagi di media.. yang kutau si itu aja, kalo mau info lebih lanjut ni alamat webnya http://www.johntitor.com/...

oia dia juga ngasitau kalo pada tahun 2015 nanti ada perang dunia ke tiga antara Amerika dengan Russia yang menewaskan lebih dari 3 juta manusia + Hewan peliharaannya..
wah harus siap siap peralatan masak kalo gitu, kan banyak daging nganggur tuh..hehe..

percaya ga percaya itu kalian sendiri yang nentuin..
bagi kalian yang punya mesin waktu dirumah, mohon jangan pelit pelit untuk dibagikan..kasian rakyat miskin, mereka yang jadi korbannya..

By-the-way pemilu tinggal 11 hari lagi, jangan golput yah..
